Problem with Pro

Bought this less than 2 weeks ago. Daughter was in an accident 2 days ago. The Pro only shows this as a "Hard Stop". She totaled the car she hit, and forced it into another car. SHE did not brake. The other car forced the "Hard Stop". Body shop said her car is likely "a total loss" due to the front end damage. WHY didn't the "Crash Alert" work? It was enabled.

In the meantime, here's a FAQ about why Crash Alert may not get triggered. Without examining the data from the time of the crash, I don't know if anything in that FAQ is relevant to your daughter's situation.
