If you’re attempting to “Replace/Reconnect” your adapter and it doesn’t appear in the “Select An Accessory” pop-up menu, please wait up to 5 minutes as the adapter can sometimes take awhile to be discovered.

If, however, your adapter never appears in the “Select An Accessory” pop-up, exit out of the reconnection process and delete the adapter from the Bluetooth settings menu on your phone. After doing so, please try reconnecting the adapter again by tapping on the “Replace/Reconnect Adapter” link in Settings.

If you continue to experience problems, please email our tech support team at help@automatic.com
