Why isn't the firmware on the latest version when purchased from Automatic.com? This seems like it would solve a lot of headaches. I have yet to have one trip logged because the "firmware is updating" which I have no means to even verify. There is no reason why I'm stuck on months old firmware when purchased directly. You should pack them up the day they are ordered, then ship them out. I didn't get mine for a week after ordering so it isn't like you don't have plenty of time.
