Hello. I am wondering, some times when the vehicle drives----it does not trigger "Driving" or "Parked", and even though the car is driving---it shows PARKED.

This is an Automatic Pro with the Cellular connection. I have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. That helped, but its now again intermittent.

What do you suggest?

One other piece of information. It does actually log the trip for next time it updates. It seems as though if it isnt able to make a connection to cellular right when the vehicle starts, it never tries again until the car is turned off and started again.

Can you help?

PS. I did search through the problems, and found one VERY similar in the beginning of feb. It was due to a network problem with your provider. It stated it was resolved. This has been happening approx over the last month.....(Including that it just happened today on 3/10/17 at 5:50 EST)

Hi Gerry. I had Tech Support take a look at your account. What they're seeing is that most of your trips recently are looking good and receiving both notifications with a couple of trips loading in late due to a weak cell signal. They do see that you ran into issues more last month while that cellular outage was going on.

Here are a couple of FAQs that might be helpful:

My phone shows I have cellular coverage, why isn’t the Automatic Pro adapter connecting to the cellular network?

What happens if there is no cellular coverage while using Automatic Pro?

What happens when my adapter gets reconnected after driving around without being connected for a time?

If you believe you're encountering ongoing issues more frequently, you can reach out to Tech Support directly to dig in further. They can be reached at
