Suddenly "No Route Available" for every single trip

Recently purchased an Automatic Pro from Best Buy, so I assume it is the latest generation. Unfortunately the device has stopped working properly, my first 7 trips correctly logged my route on the map and distance traveled. The next 25 trips report as "No Route Available". I have turned on every location service on my phone, have the latest firmware, re-paired, Google Maps & Waze work just fine but my app still says no route available and my vehicle is parked at "unknown address".
