Our database provider has identified an issue we are currently working to resolve. This is causing a temporary outage for some users. We're so sorry for all the issues with Automatic over the past couple of days. We know it's been incredibly frustrating as you've been trying to figure out what's going on.

We've received an update from our engineering team who've been hard at work with our premium server provider over the last 24+ hours to get to the bottom of this. They discovered a faulty core router between our system and our external server provider which caused our systems to be so slow that they appeared to be down completely. This core router is being replaced and all systems should be returning to normal soon -- most likely by later tonight or tomorrow morning. We've never had a problem with that router in the past but are now switching to an upgraded router with premium support so we should not run into this issue again.

Thankfully, if you were already set up with Automatic, any trips taken during this time should have been stored on your adapter and should process and appear in your account once our trip processing queues clear.  In other words, no trip data should be lost. And once all systems are fully back up and running, all functionality should return to normal. We're assuming that most of your issues will be resolved at that time. If it's still not working right now, please hold tight. It may take some time.

All delayed trips should now be caught up and all systems functioning normally. If you're still having issues with a particular feature, it's likely unrelated to this server issue and we'd be happy to help you troubleshoot it.
