The Dashboard display on my Mac is so faded it is hard to read. Can I do something to make it brighter?

Sorry to hear that, Donald. Do you have any screen contrast controls for your computer? If so, you might want to play with those. Otherwise, I don't have any suggestions for you but I'll share your feedback with the design team.

My monitor is working fine on everything but the Automatic Dashboard. The map in the background is like it is in a fog. The only sharpest images are the routes I drove and even the routes seem washed out.
I just compared my computer monitor to a MacBook Pro and fine that the image is way better on the MacBook Pro. The display is still not what I would like to see displayed, but is still some what faded on the background maps on the Dashboard. I guess my Dell DVI monitor is not good enough or needs to be calibrated.

Ok, thanks for the additional information, Donald. You're not the first person to report having trouble with the low contrast of our Web Dashboard design. I'm sorry it's so hard for you to clearly see it. I've shared your feedback with the design team.
