I drove my first trip with Automatic Pro on. I'm very disappointed to find out that my trip was not reported on my Dashboard on my computer. Did I do anything wrong? The app on my phone shows that the Adapter is synced but it also shows Server Disconnected. Is it normal?

Hi Alain, Sorry to hear that! That is not normal. We've had a small handful of Automatic Pro users report a single missing trip recently and have narrowed it down to a firmware bug. We have a firmware fix that is still in QA but that we're pushing to folks who've run into this. I'm not sure if that's what happened in your case, but I'll export your post into our Helpdesk system so Tech Support can take a look at your account and determine if that's what's going on for you or if there's something else that caused that missed trip. Please keep your eye out for an email from support@automatic.com or help@automatic.com.
