The start and stop addresses on a specific day and time don't match as shown on my iphone app vs. on web dashboard.

Welcome to the community, Kushagra. Did you have any brief stops on the day in question? If so, the web dashboard doesn't support the brief stops feature and will display trips in their unmerged format. This might account for the difference you're seeing between the app and web dashboard.

will the web dashboard support these in the future?

Hey there, Matthew. There's no ETA at the moment, but we plan to add brief stops support to the web dashboard in the future.

Yes I think that's what it was. But I will go back and check again. I remember seeing some of the stops also not matching despite NOT being the intermediary stop.

I also noticed another problem with the brief stops in conjunction with notification for tagging. Whenever I have  brief stops on and I get a notification for a recently completed trip, I tag it as business trip. Then when I continue on my way and that stop is actually marked as a brief stop, I am then unable to tag the entire trip as business. Say for example I go from Point A to Point B. The app alerts me and I mark it as "Business" then after 5 minutes I head to Point C. Then after a brief stop at C I go back to Point A. The app notifies me of the trips. I ignore those notifications. Then after some time I go back into the app and try to tag the entire A-B-C-A trip as "Business" and it does not take it. I have to turn off Brief Stops in the settings, then mark each trip as business (or unmark the already marked trip) then turn on brief stops and then I am able to mark the entire trip as "business".

I apologize if I have posted this issue in the wrong section.

Got it, thanks Kushagra. If you find any examples, be sure to send us some screenshots of the discrepancies. If the screenshots contain addresses you would rather not post in the community, please email them to help@automatic.com and reference this discussion in your message.

As for the trip tagging/brief stop you mentioned in your post, this is a known bug that we’re working to fix. I’ll add your experience to the open bug report. No worries about posting it here :)
