Unit not connecting

One of my units, u9t-s6g, has stopped connecting. I have disconnected and reconnected it several times. I can hear it beep when I connect it but it does not appear in my app. Please advise.

By the way, having to go through getsatisfaction.com to request support seems very odd. Everything about your product and dashboard appear to be well thought out and very user friendly. getsatisfaction.com is the opposite. I was unable to create an account via your web site because it asked me to type the captcha but no captcha was displayed. I had to visit their site and create it there. Then I had to come back you your site to log on to getsatisfaction.com to post the question. I can only see the thread if I log on from your site. If I log on through theirs, there is no trace of my message. Very confusing.

Scratch the part about not seeing the thread through getsatisfaction.com. It just took a while to show up. Still a clunky experience.
