'Unknown Address' error for start and stop locations.

Since around the beginning of July (my first drive with Automatic is July 8th), the location information of the start and end location of my trips are not recorded properly -- all showing up as "Unknown Address". The GPS on my second generation adapter is working as the route is recorded properly. Looks like the address lookup functionality of the app is not working properly.

I am experiencing the same issue.
Locations have recently stopped being reported in the app and the dashboard.
I am in Canada.

Jean -- I heard back from the support team that they changed their mapping provider in July. The new provider only has US addresses so that was why my feed only shows unknown address now. The route mapping still works for me though. You might be experiencing the same limitation.

My sentiments as well. I made a suggestion to Automatic Labs to add the function back in. I don't know if they heard me. :)

Hi TJW,

We definitely heard you, but it's not as simple as us adding it back. Our map provider only provides addresses inside the US at this time, which we don't control. We hope that it will be added at some point, but we don't have an ETA.
