Hi Bronzit. It looks like you are currently subscribed to several categories in the Automatic community. To unsubscribe from them, you can click on the link within the email itself (look for the heading "To stop following ______, click here"), or you can navigate to the product category page and click the “unfollow” button. Here's a link to Get Satisfaction's support page that further explains how to unsubscribe from these updates.

For reference, you're currently subscribed to the following categories: Features and Functionality, the iOS app, and The Link.

Hi Lyle. You can unsubscribe from the FAQ category emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you received. You can also unsubscribe by clicking on the "Unfollow" button located on this page (the "Automatic FAQs" page). Make sure you're logged into your Get Satisfaction account when you do this.

I'll add my 2 cents. I am sick and tired of Automatic email messages like this stuffing my inbox. STOP THE MESSAGES!!! It does no good to "unfollow"; the "community vendor" will obviously do anything it can to get its name in front of people. I'M OPTING OUT!! STOP THIS!!

I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused, Jim. If you're interested in unsubscribing for email alerts on new community topics, you can do so by clicking on your name at the top of this page. Then click on "Profile" from the drop down menu that appears:

On the next page, click on the "Email & Notifications" heading:

On the following page, you can uncheck the boxes next to the alerts you no longer want to receive and click on the "Save Emails & Notifications" and "Save Company Notifications" buttons respectively to confirm. Just note that your profile will state "Automatic" instead of "Apple" (as shown in the screenshot below):
