Is there something i need to do before going on a trip?
we may only use the RV once or twice a month. Does it need to be resync'd?

Thanks in advance.

Hi John,

Thanks for sharing your question with us, and welcome to the Automatic community! At this time, we do not support RV's, as there are many technical specifications and questions that must be addressed/answered first. We may add support in the future, but at this time it is not part of our product roadmap.

We had used it in July and it worked like a charm. Are there any 'pro-tips' you could offer to get this to work consistently even though you do not officially support RVs.
I thought read that my vehicle Ford F-450 V10 Tritan was good to go.

Thanks.

It really is just a Ford E450- Super Duty. It recognizes it and you can see it worked in the past. No other info than that? Tough luck?

Hi John,

Unfortunately, it's still an unsupported vehicle. While it may have worked in the past, we can't provide troubleshooting assistance since it is not supported. We don't recommend using the adapter on your vehicle, and if you decide to use it anyway it's at your own risk. I really wish I had better news!
