On the dashboard, the distance, MPG, time, etc. are shown. However, it would be nice to see the average speed as well as high and low speed.

Hi waylonis. We don't expose the individual speeds unless you exceed 70 so you're right that there's no way right now to get high & low speeds. However, there is a way to get your average speed per trip! It involves a data export from the Web Dashboard and then a bit of math in the spreadsheet that you get from it. There's a little "Export" link at the bottom of the list of trips in the right column. That will export a .csv file which you can then open in Excel. In this spreadsheet there will be a Distance (mi) column and a Duration (min) column. Just apply a formula that divides the distance (which is in miles) by the duration (which is in minutes) then multiply that by 60 to get the average MPH you were driving for that trip. I hope that make sense! If not, let me know!

Hi Amy,
Thanks for the response. When you say you don't "expose" speeds, I assume that means that it is recorded, but not published?
The data in the export is pretty cool, although it's not clear how to decipher the "path" column.
I see how to calculate the average speed from the data. But it would be nice to have your web dashboard do the math for me for each trip.

If someone was traveling faster than 70mph, how can we see the specific speeds for that trip? At least, during that period of time when we were traveling faster than 70mph?

This isn't displayed anywhere. On the Web Dashboard (and in the Classic app for Gen 1 & 2 adapters) you'll see how many minutes over 70MPH they were going for any given trip.
