What can I do about seeing inaccurate MPGs?

On my 2015 Honda CR-V EX AWD, Automatic is consistently showing 10% higher mpg than the onboard computer, which itself is consistent within 2% either way of manual calculations from pump receipts + trip meter readings.  The principal downside of this is that the range estimate feature is pretty much useless, since Automatic's features that depend on the relative mpg of routes taken are obviously unaffected by a consistent percentage difference.

I'm not sure whether that's the onboard computer having access to more information than the Automatic or a better algorithm, but for right now if (vehicle = Gen4.5 CR-V) then (shave 9% off mpg reading) would be helpful.

Thanks for the report, Geoff. I'm asking Tech Support to take a look.
