What is the format of the export CSV file's "Path" column?

I've exported the CSV file for my trips, and all columns are pretty clear except for the "Path" column. As an example:

It's encoded latitude/longitude data, which can be decoded using the Google Maps API. You can read more here: https://community.automatic.com/automatic/topics/how-to-overlap-trip-route-on-google-map. The part that pertains you is at the very bottom of the posting.
