Driving for business shouldn’t drive you crazy. Connect your Automatic and Xero accounts to track your mileage for simple, organized bookkeeping. Just because you drive for business doesn’t mean it should be extra work. Automatic records the miles of each trip, saving you time and the hassle of keeping separate records in your car and in your accounting software, and ensuring your mileage is accurate in your tax reports. Just log in to start pushing your Automatic trips to your Xero account.

Once you've connected your Automatic account to your Xero account, trips tagged as "business" in the Automatic app end up as "Expense Claims" in Xero. When logged into Xero go to "Accounts"->"Expense Claims" and you'll see them there. From there they can be submitted for approval, or "paid".
