How firmware updates work

*Users may be on different versions of firmware which https://community.automatic.com/automatic/topics/update-automatic-version-1-10-6-is-now-available-for-android represent minor updates. This is because minor updates are often pushed to only a small percentage of users at random. Once a major update is released, it will be pushed to all users. Additionally, iOS & Android users may be on different firmware versions for periods of time.

How to check your firmware version:

In the Automatic app for Pro and Lite, tap "Glovebox" and then "Pro Adapter" / "Lite Adapter".

In the Automatic Classic app used with Gen 1 & Gen 2 adapters, navigate to Settings and through to your car’s profile screen. The firmware version is on the bottom of the screen.
