We have a 45-day money-back guarantee. If you're unhappy with your Automatic and you purchased the adapter directly off the Automatic.com website, you can return it for a full refund. To do so, please email support@automatic.com, and we will email you a pre-paid shipping label for US shipping only. Please note that if you paid for expedited shipping when ordering Automatic, these costs are non-refundable. See this FAQ for more details. 

Please also note that we can only process refunds to the payment account that was used to place the order. If you purchased the adapter from another retail outlet such as Apple, Amazon.com, or BestBuy, you'll need to return it through them.

We also have a one year Manufacturer's Warranty. If your adapter stops functioning through no fault of your own within one year of purchase and Tech Support has determined it's faulty, we'll happily exchange it for you.
