Where did all my trips go??

Wednesday last week my automatic app all the sudden did not let me log in and I couldn't track some of my trips...this has been working fine for the past 2 years, but it all the sudden stopped...now I'm able to log into my account, but non of my previous trip data is showing on either the app or my online dashboard...please tell me all that data has not been lost......

The same thing happened to me - on numerous occasions. I'm curious as to what the fix is - I've removed the dongles from both our vehicles because they are working less than they actually do between failing to connect and the app logging me out and not showing me historical data.
