Why doesn't Automatic offer phone support?

Automatic's Customer Care and Community team is dedicated to helping our prospective and current customers with all their questions and concerns in a timely fashion. 
The reason we currently don't offer phone support is because we’re a small team and can get to each customer more quickly through our text-based support channels. We've built our team to efficiently handle all customer inquiries this way.

These include:
We will answer every single email, tweet or community post that is sent our way (as long as it isn't spam!), and will do so as soon as possible. Your questions and concerns are important to us, and we strive to make sure every customer has a more than stellar support experience.

Our Customer Care team generally holds support hours Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm PT. Sometimes our team is available outside of these hours, but during this time we are here to quickly support all your questions and concerns.

Down the road we do hope to be able to provide phone support as we know this is easier for some individuals, but we appreciate your patience with us as we continue to grow and evaluate our support options :)
