Why doesn't trips show my address?

When looking at the dashboard I can only see the general area where my trips have originated and ended. There is no address. However if I download them there is an address. Why can't I just see them in the dashboard instead of having to download them?

Take a look. There is no actual address on here. Which means I need to download this in order to get the specific address for expense reports.

Ah, I see. You're talking about the fact that the actual house or building number is not included in the app timeline view or Web Dashboard view of trips. I believe that is by design. It's really hard for GPS to get that specifically accurate. I guess when you download the report a best guess is made? I'll ask the product team about this. 

Have you tried integrating with one of the expensing apps in our App Gallery? Perhaps you can find something useful there that streamlines this for you and includes the detailed address?
