My Automatic Gen2 has stopped communicating with my iPhone and has not communicated for about 7 days. I'm not sure how to reconnect, but it appears as if i need the serial number on the device to go through the reconnect process on the phone app. I can't get to that number unless i unplug it from my ODB connector. Will I lose data if i do that? or will the Automatic still do a data dump (of up to 8 hours of data) when I'm able to reconnect it?
