Trying to view my year in review but it stops at 5750 and just says Loading...
5750 of 5934 trips.

Anything I can do to get this to work or is that too many trips?

Where are you seeing Year In Review? The Automatic Labs YIR seems hardcoded for 2016, not 2017 (https://dashboard.automatic.com/labs/year-in-review/index.html)

Will there be a 2017 Year In Review?

Think the reason I wrote 5750 is because the dashboard and other lab things seem to stop working or can't handle that many trips. I can't export anything or else it locks up and stops working.

I'm not sure it was developed with scale in mind. As a developer, I question why if it's 2016 in review, it's even trying to cycle through 2017 trips. They're all in chronological order, so once you hit 2017, you know 2016's trips are done <grin>. As for the remainder of the exporting, etc, I'm not sure there...I have successfully exported about 2000 trips at once, but haven't tried anything larger than that.

Year in review aside....basically I have so many trips I can not export the data. As soon as I go into the Dashboard, select the Custom button after Driven and start putting 01/01/2017 in it starts loading all 5000+ trips!

So basically Automatic won't be able to handle this amount of driving? Is there any way to at least get all of 2017's mileage info/fuel info so I can figure out another way to track mileage/fuel. Wouldn't have made the purchase if I knew it was limited. No mention on the website. Sorry I know it's not your fault. Just disappointed I used this all year thinking I'd be all good.

Is there someone at Automatic I can contact about this?

I've never liked that Custom Date picker and it seems to be worse now. A trick that used to work with the Dashboard was to first enter the end date.  So enter 12/31/2017. I believe it used to do nothing but now it seems to change the start date to match, which is fine. Now you would enter the actual start date you wanted. That was more useful when you wanted to see past trips within a smaller time frame. I don't know how well it'll work for an entire year.

If I remember correctly, the dashboard ends up loading all of your trips regardless of the dates you choose. It'll load up everything from the start date to present and then filter in your browser. What you might need to do is export in chunks. Maybe load up the last 4-6 months or so and export that. Then start pushing back the dates 2-3 months. At least it won't be trying to load 5000+ trips all at once.

Thanks. Looks like that is how I'm going to have to do it. Is there any option to export gas fill ups? Don't see that option anywhere.

It doesn't seem to be possible yet. Here's another post about it. You can try voting that request up, I guess.

I sent them an email and the response was that they don't have the resources to update the year end review.
